The Twin Cities Area Army Retiree Council and Ft. McCoy will be holding a RAD at the Rosemount Community Center.

Registrations must be mailed by 15 August. Seating is limited to 300 persons – registrations received beyond the initial 300 will be returned. You will not receive a registration confirmation; your check is your receipt. Cancellation requests must be sent to CW4 Buerck by 15 August.
Admission Information: $12 per person includes continental breakfast, beverages & lunch

Armed Forces Retiree Activity Day (AFRAD), August, 28, 2010 - Camp Ripley, MN
The Camp Ripley Armed Forces Retiree Activity Day (AFRAD) is an opportunity for all armed forces retirees, spouses, widows and/or guests to receive updated verbal and written information about Government and Veteran’s Affairs entitlement programs, and meet and greet fellow retirees, spouses, widows and guests.
The Camp Ripley staff will be available to give you the opportunity to update your ID cards and ask questions of the specialists who work with the entitlement programs every day.
There will be two sessions: 0700 to 1300 and 1030 to 1530. There is overlap in the times due to registration and lunch. Each session is limited to 200.

Retiree Appreciation Day (RAD), September, 25, 2010 - Mystic Lake Casino
A Retiree Appreciation Day in the Minneapolis area is set for Sept. 25 in the Grand Ballroom at Mystic Lake Casino-Hotel at Prior Lake, Minn. This is a joint-services RAD sponsored by retirees from all services. Informational sessions are planned covering such topics as state and federal legislative updates, veterans benefits, retiree pay, survivors benefits, Tricare, and other items of interest to retirees. The day begins with check-in and a continental breakfast at 7:30 a.m., and will end by 5 p.m. Advance registration is required and there is a cost for attendees to cover lunch and facilities charges.
Registration must be received NLT 10 September 2010.
